In light of recent guidance from state officials regarding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Redmond-Kirkland Animal Hospital is here to serve you and your pets. Our hospital remains open during regular business hours to continue serving the community. To support the health and safety of clients and our team members, we have implemented strict intake procedures:
If you have a scheduled appointment please call from your car when you have arrived. A technician will be out to get your pet and a brief history before they take your pet for their exam inside the hospital. Please make sure you provide us with the cell phone number of the person that will transport the pet so we may call you for authorizations. Estimates and other documents, including receipt will be sent via email so please provide us an email prior to appointment.
SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:
If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, please call to reschedule or identify a healthy surrogate to bring your pet to our practice in your place. We will contact you for authorization and payment by phone.
NO LOBBY WAITING AREA:
We are practicing social distancing both inside and outside of our hospital. Please be sure to call ahead.
ONE CLIENT PER HOUSEHOLD:
We ask that only one person accompany the pet(s) with an appointment to reduce human-to-human contact.
In order to keep staff and clients safe, Redmond-Kirkland Animal Hospital is practicing social distancing by keeping clients outside in their car while patients are being treated in the hospital. All payments and authorizations will be collected by phone. If you have a fecal drop off or prescription pick up, please call ahead.
